There’s no denying that dogs are incredibly loyal creatures. Their love and devotion know no bounds, and we’re lucky to have them by our side. This is especially evident in the story of Magnus, a faithful pup who went above and beyond when his owner, Brian Benson, became ill and had to go to the hospital.
Benson took to Instagram to reveal that they were struggling with breathing and had to visit the Emergency Room. The medical professionals kept them under observation for three nights while trying to diagnose the issue.
In January 2023, Magnus was a source of comfort for Brian Benson during his hospital stay. Being alone in the hospital can be a nerve-wracking experience, especially when you’re unsure of the problem and anticipating negative news.
Brian Benson’s family and their therapy dog, Magnus, spent quality time together in nature. According to Benson’s Instagram post, he had to rush to the emergency room, expecting it to be a minor issue. However, the situation turned out to be potentially severe. While his family was not allowed to stay after visiting hours, Magnus was permitted to stay with him throughout the entire ordeal.
Benson couldn’t contain his excitement at having Magnus by his side. Moreover, he discovered that he has cardiomyopathy, indicating that his heart is not functioning optimally.
